Our Story
From a weekend truck to a Tuesday tradition.
We didn't set out to build a business. We set out to feed people the way we grew up eating — with tortillas warm off the comal, salsas that make you close your eyes, and the kind of flavor that makes strangers sit down at the same table.
The truck became our kitchen, the parking lot became our dining room, and the regulars became our family. That's what "El Rincon" means — the corner where you belong.
Today we're still doing the same thing we did on day one: cooking with intention, sourcing with care, and treating every person who pulls up to our window like a guest in our home.
